Service Description

You have finished a race or two and are looking to increase distance or improve in shorter distances. Maybe you are just looking to finish your first half marathon? This may be the plan for you. This plan is for intermediate level runner with some experience running. I will work with you to develop a plan customized to you and your goals. This plan includes: - Initial Consultation/Goal Setting Session - Training plan for up to 6 Months. - Free TrainingPeaks Basic Account for Device Synchronization and workout tracking. - Full Training Plan access within 24 hours of Consultation. - 1 Free Plan Adjustment within 2 Months if you find that the plan does not fit your fitness level.
