This plan includes: - Initial Consultation/Goal Setting Session with the Coach - Training plan for up to 6 Months. - Full Training Plan access within 24 hours of Consultation. - Free TrainingPeaks Basic Account for Device Synchronization and workout tracking. - 1 Free Plan Adjustment within 2 Months if you find that the plan does not fit your fitness level.
